BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Dear Bear Hollow Neighbors,
This letter is to introduce myself to our Bear Hollow Village "BHV" community. In 1999, I moved to BHV when phase one was being built. I did serve on the HOA board and worked as BHV broker. My background has been with the many phases of real estate since 1981. Additionally, I have undertaken numerous volunteer and community work In the Park City area. I was proudly inducted into our Park City Leadership Council, served as president of our Egyptian Theater, Chairperson of the Luxury Home Tour which sponsored the Peace House for more than ten years and voted Realtor of the Year for managing a successful career and hours of a broad variety of volunteerism.
I have watched the successful growth of BHV since 1999, and its well earned reputation as a premier Summit County community. The BHV community reputation was earned by solid leadership, and respectful homeowners. Through difficult growth years, BHV's fundamental principles were and are to communicate with courtesy, kindness and respect for varying opinions and backgrounds. With a continued goal of maintaining these principals and a pride in ownership we will continue to hold our home values steady.
I look forward to seeing our community continue to prosper with open-minded leadership and inclusivity. We should be able to move forward with a sense of belonging and of an engaging community.
Sincerely,
Sandra
Hello,
I'm Bryan Lebold, and I welcome the opportunity to service on the Board of Trustee's for the Bear Hollow HOA. My wife, two daughters, and I have been residents of Park City since 2009 and we have been full-time residents in Bear Hollow since 2013.
As for my daily occupation, I'm a General Manager at Alpine Cleaning and Restoration which is a full service general contractor. Although we specialize in disaster restoration, we handle many areas outside the disaster restoration field as a GC. The contacts I have, extend to the landscaping and snow removal industry as well. My knowledge and experience would be beneficial given the age of community to ensure we are being proactive with our needs.
I enjoy all that Park City has to offer and remain active and aware of the community needs. I feel that serving on the Board of Trustee's would allow me to give back to our community while contributing new ideas and fresh prospective to the board and residents of Bear Hollow. I feel it is important to have full time residents on the board so they are aware of the day to day events in Bear Hollow. Being onsite in the community on a daily basis is important so one is able to be aware of what it happening in our community. Daily walks with our pup Nala throughout Bear Hollow allows me to survey the community.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve as one of your Trustees.
I retired with more than 26 years in federal law enforcement. I continued with a life of public service by volunteering in our community, serving on boards and working with many nonprofits. I recently returned to college and started my second career as a nurse specializing in emergency medicine. I have a passion for helping others. I look forward to serving on the BHVHOA and representing our community.
